Swollen and stiff.
Red, hot, swollen and very painful.

Gout is a very painful arthritic condition where the root cause is the excess of uric acid in the body.
A gout diet needs to include lots of fluids intake (at least 6-8 glasses of water a day) as well as all the foods which are known to be beneficial for gout.
The main cause for gout are high levels of uric acid. We need to avoid high purine foods since those can increase uric acid levels in the body
